What's the difference between your three blends?
Awakening (morning/clarity - smooth, lemongrass-mint), Nirvana (meditation/peace - floral rose-chamomile), Liberation (ceremony/transformation - earthy damiana-sage). Each serves different intentions and moments in your journey.
Where do you source your herbs?
All herbs are sustainably sourced from trusted farmers across India. We prioritize organic cultivation and fair trade practices. Each batch is quality-tested for purity and potency.
Do your products expire?
Best used within 12 months of purchase for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after each use.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, 100% plant-based. No animal products or by-products.
Usage & Effects
How much should I use per session?
Start with 0.5-1 gram (approximately half to a full cigarette's worth). Adjust based on preference. Less is more—these herbs are potent and aromatic.
Will I feel high or intoxicated?
No. Our blends contain no psychoactive substances. You may feel relaxed (Nirvana), slightly energized (Awakening), or grounded (Liberation) based on the herbal properties, but not intoxicated.
Can I use this in a hookah?
Yes, though our blends are optimized for rolling/pipe use. If using in hookah, mix with glycerin-free molasses or use dry in a suitable hookah setup.
How do I store my blend?
Keep in original packaging or transfer to an airtight jar. Store in cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Properly stored, maintains freshness for 12 months.
Can I travel with HariVana products?
Yes, within India. Keep in original packaging with clear labeling. While completely legal (no tobacco/nicotine), labeling helps avoid confusion at security. For international travel, check destination country's laws.
Ordering & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Currently evaluating COD for select pin codes. Check at checkout for availability in your area.
How long does shipping take?
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Other locations: 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once order ships.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We package carefully, but if damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@harivana.com. We'll arrange replacement immediately.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact support@harivana.com for assistance.
Do you have a subscription service?
Not yet, but we're working on it! Join our email list to be notified when subscriptions launch.

Are there any side effects?

Will this help me quit smoking tobacco?

Can I use this with medications?
If you're on medication, please consult your doctor before using herbal smoking blends, as some herbs may interact with certain medications.
Is this addictive?
No. Our products contain no nicotine or addictive substances. Any habitual use would be behavioral, not chemical dependency.
